Staff achieve OCN Northern Ireland Level 2 Award in Tour Guiding

Hill of The O’Neill & Ranfurly House staff were congratulated for achieving the OCN Northern Ireland Level 2 Award in Tour Guiding. This award equips staff with the skills and knowledge to lead visitors on a comprehensive guided tour of the permanent exhibition in Ranfurly House and of the historic site, Hill of The O’Neill.
