Our reception is also a Visitor Information Centre. You will find it stocked with literature and information on nearby visitor attractions, upcoming events and accommodation options across Northern Ireland.  The team at Hill of The O’Neill & Ranfurly House are happy to assist with any accessibility requirements that you may have during your visit.

• The site is fully accessible, with spaces available for Blue Badge holders.  Parking is available for visitors in town centre car parks.  Mid Ulster District Council have a full list of car parks (both free and charged), their location and where charges apply here
• There is a drop-off area at the front entrance to Ranfurly House. Both the front and back entrances are wheelchair accessible and are fitted with motion sensor automatic doors.
• Reception is located on the ground floor of Ranfurly House and has a lowered counter area, with a hearing loop system in place.
• A lift offers access to all floors in Ranfurly House. Accessible toilets are located on the Upper Ground, First Floor and Second Floor.  Baby changing facilities are provided in the accessible toilet at reception.
• A Quiet Space is available in the Arts studio located on the Second Floor of Ranfurly House.  This space is equipped with a selection of sensory toys, black out tents and ear defenders.  Download our ASD-Friendly Information Pack
• All outdoor areas are fully accessible. Due to the sloping nature of the site, ramps provide access to the raised areas on Hill of The O’Neill, and down into the garden areas of the public park.
• There is an accessible toilet on the Ground Floor of the indoor event space. A lift provides access to the Viewing Tower.
