We have partnered with Libraries NI to provide a temporary study and borrowing space on the first floor of Ranfurly House following the recent closure of Dungannon Library. The facility is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm with a late-night opening on a Thursday until 7:30pm. Further updates available from Dungannon Library
Council Chair, Cllr Frances Burton said:
“Mid Ulster District Council is delighted to partner with Libraries NI to offer an immediate solution to the recent closure of Dungannon Library by offering a temporary space on the first floor of Ranfurly House.
“We recognise the importance of and are committed to providing an alternative space for members of the public to continue to access services, especially at this time of the year for students, who are studying for exams. This also allows vital in-person services and classes such as Rhythm and Rhyme to continue in the local area whilst Dungannon Library undergoes repair works.”
