Ulster-Scots Leid Week 2024

Several events took place at Hill of The O’Neill & Ranfurly House during Ulster-Scots Leid Week 2024.

Celebrity chef, Paula McIntyre captivated a packed audience with her cookery demonstration on Tuesday 26 November. Paula rustled up several recipes, including a delicious bread & butter pudding, a poached pear & rum cake, soda bread and a tea loaf.  Lolly Spence delivered a fascinating talk on ‘CS Lewis and his Ulster Links’ on Thursday 28 November. The week ended with a ceilidh on Friday 29 November, led by Alastair Scott Ceilidh Band.
