Ulster-Scots Leid Week 2025

Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Councillor Frances Burton, attended the Ulster-Scots Leid Week event which took place in Ranfurly House on Wednesday 26th November 2025.  Celebrity chef and author, Paula McIntyre MBE captivated a full house with another wonderful cookery demonstration.  Paula rustled up several mouth-watering recipes, including a Ginger Cake with Plums & Honeycomb, Baked Apple & Pear Pudding with Custard and some Mini Griddle Scones with a variety of toppings.
