WELCOMING YOU BACK SAFELY
We are delighted to welcome you back to Hill of the O’Neill & Ranfurly House for performances. Please note that due to covid, there will be some changes to your visit. We will continue to operate in line with the most up to date regulations set by the NI executive. With this in mind, please read the following information carefully and share it with all other members of your party. If you booked tickets on behalf of someone else, please forward this information to them.
Covid Status Check
As you will have seen recently, governmental regulations are changing for venues including Hill of the O’Neill & Ranfurly House.
It will be necessary for anyone aged 18+ attending a performance at Hill of the O’Neill & Ranfurly House to provide one of the following:
Proof of full vaccination, with the second dose having been given at least 14 days before attending. Acceptable forms of proof include COVIDCert NI certificates (travel certificate must be accompanied by valid Government Issued Photo ID), Covid immunisation record cards and valid Government issued Photo ID), and any official documentation from outside Northern Ireland such as the EU Digital Covid Certificate or the NHS Covid Pass.
OR Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test taken the day of, or the day before attending. This will be in the form of an official SMS message which you will receive after completing and registering your Lateral Flow Test result at https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
OR Proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for Covid issued between 30 and 180 days earlier. Any self-isolation period must have elapsed before coming to the Theatre.
If you live in the Republic of Ireland, you can demonstrate your COVID-19 status using the EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC): www.gov.ie/en/publication/3a698-eu-digital-covid-certificate/
How to upload a lateral flow test
If you are demonstrating your COVID-19 Status using an NHS Lateral Flow Test this should be taken the day of, or the day before your arrival at the event you are attending. You can order NHS Lateral Flow Tests at https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests .
Once you have taken your test, you will need to report your result on the NHS website at https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests You will receive a text or email notification confirming your negative test result, to present on entry.
A positive result from an NHS Lateral Flow Test means it’s likely you had coronavirus when the test was done. You and anyone you live with must not attend the venue and self-isolate immediately. You are then advised to get a PCR test to confirm your result as soon as possible.
For those who are not vaccinated, the process for people to apply for a Covid exemption certificate on medical grounds has now been published at Coronavirus (COVID-19): apply for a COVID exemption certificate | nidirect.
There are other methods to provide evidence in the absence of an exemption certificate, including via a negative lateral flow test or a positive PCR test (within certain time limits with and valid Government issued Photo ID).
We would ask that you have this information ready on arrival at Hill of the O’Neill & Ranfurly House.
Unfortunately failure to supply one of the required proof of entry documentations will result in no entry to Hill of the O’Neill & Ranfurly House.
For those who are not vaccinated, there are other methods to provide evidence, including via a negative lateral flow test or a positive PCR test (within certain time limits)”
Please note that if you or a member of your party are displaying Covid symptoms or are required to self-isolate, you must not come to Hill of the O’Neill & Ranfurly House .
Please note that if you or a member of your party are displaying Covid symptoms or are required to self-isolate, you must not come to the Theatre. All tickets in your booking will be exchanged or a credit note given, as long as you let us know before 11am on the day of the performance.
